Nope, there’s no contract required! Our subscription plans are month-to-month, so you’re free to cancel or adjust your service whenever you need to. We make it easy and flexible for you!
We offer a user-friendly client portal for seamless payment processing. Once you sign up, we’ll create your account and send your login details via email. This allows you to easily manage your services, payments, and records all in one place.
Note: Your card must be linked before our arrival at your home. If it’s not connected, we’ll attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If we can’t reach you, we will reschedule your cleanup for the next available date, which could be weeks out depending on the time of year. If you need assistance linking your card, we’re always here to help over the phone!
We keep billing simple! Payments are processed on the 1st of each month before your scheduled cleanings. For initial or one-time cleanups, payment is due after the job is completed.
How Billing Works for Weekly Service
If you start a weekly service after an initial cleanup, you’ll be billed for both the cleanup and the remaining cleanings for that month on the same day.
Example:
Sarah signs up for weekly service with an initial cleanup of $100 on March 15, 2022. On that day, she’ll be charged for:
✅ Initial Cleanup: $100
✅ Remaining March Cleanups (2 visits at $24.99 each): $49.98
💳 Total on 3/15/2022: $149.98
Starting the next month, her regular monthly payment of $99.96 (4 weekly cleanings at $24.99 each) will be charged on the 1st of the month.
A few things to keep in mind:
– payment isn’t received before your first cleanup of the month, we’ll pause your service until payment is made.
– When you link your debit or credit card for the first time, you may see a temporary $1.50 authorization, don’t worry, this is just a verification and no money is taken out.
While we can’t provide an exact arrival time, our routes run from around 7:30 a.m. to dark. You will always receive a text notification when we’re on our way, typically 60 minutes prior to arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you may get a 15–30-minute heads-up. Your service day will be consistent each week, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
Nope, you don’t need to be home when we scoop. We just ask for easy access to your gate. We love to say hi during our first visit, but after that, you can go about your day while we take care of the rest!
